Our animal servers come in a variety of species from Miniature Donkeys and Miniature Highland Cows to the rare Valais Blacknose Sheep. They can carry and serve beverages, party favors, or whatever you can fit in their double sided pack baskets. By booking our animals you will surprise your guests with a unique experience that elevates your party, provides memorable photos, and sets a unique ambiance for your exclusive event.

We are located in Northern Colorado and travel up and down the Front Range. Our handlers are equine professionals and TIPS Certified in the state of Colorado to serve alcohol. Each animal is led around by a friendly and knowledgeable certified server who is there not only to ensure the happiness and safety of our animals, but to support you and your guest and ensure that every face has a smile.

Silver

This package includes a one hour cocktail service with either ONE Beer Steer, Beethoven the Sheep, or two Burros.

Gold

This package includes a one hour cocktail service with two different species, or two beer steers.

Platinum

This package includes a one hour cocktail service with three different species. or two beer steers + one other species.

Pricing and Packaging

Services Include

  • A well groomed adorable server. Each animal is cleaned, groomed, and dressed to impress.

  • Transportation of animals to and from your venue.

  • Prompt Service. We pride ourselves on being on time. We prepare a 30 minute preparation window to dress the animals and fill their serving baskets.

  • Certified Handlers. Our professional servers are trained to serve, photograph, and support your event. Each handler is a certified server with a background in equine and livestock handling.

  • Servers Dressed For Your Occasion. Our animals will be dressed in flowing garland, twinkling lights, Nantucket style baskets, and optional head-wear.

  • Leave No Trace. Our animals are equipped with “Bun Bags”. These bags collect any waste from the animals and allow us to go where no other animals have gone!

  • Event Coordination. We ensure timelines, contracts, and day-of details are fulfilled. No stressful day-of management to worry about. We’ve got you!

It is the farm’s main responsibility to ensure the health, happiness, and safety of our animals. While we strive to meet your event needs, we cannot predict how our animals will feel on the day of your event; therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific pair of burros, beer steers or sheep.

Due to burros strong herd instinct, these animals form deep bonds with a “best friend” from a young age. We NEVER separate bonded pairs, so when you book a burro, you will always have two. Consider it a two-for-one deal.

Prioritizing our animals and their well-being is our number one commitment.

    Our sweet and steady rescue girls bring joy wherever they go. These two former mothers have earned their well-deserved break from being bred, and now they are ready to embrace a new chapter of life filled with love and adventure. With their charming personalities they are sure to steal your heart in person as well as in photos.

    Pedro and Pablo

    Our youngest and smallest team consists of the adorable micro-WOOLY donkeys who are as charming as they are compact. These delightful little creatures fit right into any space bringing their playful personality with them. With their miniature stature and big expressive eyes, micro-wooly donkeys are truly a sight to behold.

    Our Beer Steer, John Wayne, is a true gentleman. He's friendly and always ready to serve you and your guests. Despite being the youngest on our team, he shows surprising maturity and professionalism. Don't be misled by his age; he is polite, intuitive, and very sweet. John Wayne takes pride in making everyone feel loved. His warm interactions will make your guest wish the night would never end. John Wayne truly represents the spirit of hospitality, always wanting to make your event special.

    Beethoven the Valais Sheep

    Almost like he came from a fantasy land, Beethoven is the epitome of kindness. Your guests can not help but pet and love this affectionate creature. He’s a puppy in sheep’s clothing. Valais Sheep are a true rarity in the United States. Native to the Swiss Alps, they are coined the “cutest sheep in the world” and are making their debut here! We may have the sweetest one in the world!

Venues

We have the great honor of working with wonderful venues across Northern Colorado. Here are a few suggestions for selecting a venue that will support our friendly servers.

  • Look for a venue with an outdoor space that is open and accessible. The outdoor area should provide plenty of room for your guests to move around the animals.

  • Ensure the venue has ample parking. We will need enough space to park a 25 ft. trailer for one hour without violating parking regulations. It is also beneficial to have enough room for us to prepare our animals, so parking on busy roads should be avoided.

  • The venue should be easy to access, avoiding high mountain roads that are rugged and bumpy.
