We run Sparrow Hill Beverage Burros & Friends — miniature donkeys, highland cows, Kunekune pigs and Valais Blacknose Sheep at weddings and private events across Colorado. Over 200 events a season, we are still the ones loading the trailer 6 days a week.
We started coaching because people kept calling to ask how we did it, and we kept giving away two-hour answers on the phone. Everything we teach is something we got wrong first — the contract that didn't cover us, the animal that wasn't ready, the year we priced ourselves into working every weekend for nothing.

Shadow Sessions
You meet us at the farm and travel with us to a working event. You see the load-out, the setup, the animals in a crowd, the guest interaction, and how we handle a client on the most important day of their year.
One or two people only, never a group — these are private, high-end weddings and our client comes first. Availability depends on the event and on their consent, and we schedule it within twelve months.
It is not for sale on its own. It comes with a purchase, because it only makes sense once you have something to apply it to.
